Okay back again. Embryos today. We've got 40 embryos on offer by two different sires and by some of our special donors. Just want to walk that through with you.
Baldridge SR Goalkeeper
The first Sire we selected was a Baldridge SR Goalkeeper. Somewhat of a new sire, but with a pedigree that is so predictable, and one that we really got excited about.
He’s a Sydgen Enhance son. Many Australians would know Enhance. He's adding a bit more volume and a bit more capacity to his progeny.
Baldridge SR Goalkeeper is out of a Baldridge Isobel E030, a daughter of Baldridge Isabel Y69, which we admire enormously, just an incredibly productive animal, a huge success in the United States. Isobel E030 is stacking up to be one of a Isobel Y69s best daughters.
Baldridge SR Goalkeeper’s stats are just breathtaking. Growth is extraordinary. Selection indexes all top 1 & 2%. So terrific figures and he himself is beautifully balanced. He's got a lovely wide behind and we're quite excited about what's going to come from his embryos, mated to Barnett Nefertiti N6, Barnett Nefertiti N7, Barnett Nefertiti N8 and Barnett Mittagong Girl Q11.
Those 21 embryos by Goalkeeper do come in bundles of 5 or 6 embryos, and the bid is the per embryo price.
Sterling Pacific 904
The other Sire we selected, Sterling Pacific 904, is a little bit different, although he shares the same grandmother in Baldridge Isobel Y69.
This is a case of too much of Y69 is never enough!
We, we love that maternal line. His dam is by GAR Prophet and Sterling Pacific 904 himself is by Hoover No Doubt, which is an extremely popular bull in the United States for his thickness, volume, good feet, structure, and we see in Sterling Pacific 904, a sense of softness, with a beautiful Angus head on him.
His stats are mind-blowing; a plus 79 for 200 days, and almost a breed average for a birth weight. That's growth on steroids and the selection indexes are all top 1%.
We're sure are excited about the matings that will come from Barnett Disco Girl N4, Barnett Nefertiti N6 and Barnett Nefertiti N8.
